I think that finding good comfortable goals are the hardest part... So...here it goes!
1) Run or walk everyday for 30 minutes the first week then move to a full hour
2) Do some kind of yoga twice a week
3) Eat less-NO DIETING
4) Eat healthier
5) I have to stop putting myself down because it hurts my motivation and mental being
6) I will post daily and write about my day
7) To remind my sister daily how much I love her and how much she means to me!!
My shrink tells me to start with easily attainable goals and then work my way to harder ones, so I will.
To my sis- I hope that your test went well, I know that you did good! Love you!
